Seated Belly Dance

Since belly dance allows you to exercise your entire body, even in a seated position, you can still execute a plethora of beautiful belly dance moves, such as snake arms, head slides and chest lifts.

As long as you can move your torso, your arms and your neck, you will be able to enjoy this fun class to be taken while seated.

At the end of the 45-minute class, you will be capable of performing a routine combining all the moves you have learned. A powerful way to boost your self-esteem!

Minimum required: 5 participants
Maximum: limited only by the size of the room
